Responsibility:

Perform on-site hardware and system support for customers;
Capable of problem solving, troubleshooting & hardware repairing;
Assist in stock management of spare parts; and
Logistic arrangements of service materials.

Requirement:

Certificate holders in Computer Studies / Electronics / Mechanical or equivalent. Fresh IVE graduate in EE or IT may also be considered.
Good command in speaking English, Chinese and Mandarin; and written in English and Chinese;
Willing to perform shift duties and work during weekends and statutory holidays;
Good team player and good communication skills with all level of users;
Experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) field will be an advantage; and
Immediate available is preferred

Responsibility:

Responsible for support of system solutions developed by Infrasys Intl Ltd.;
Install and configure Infrasys products in projects;
Liaise with customers in seeking for the best use of Infrasys system solutions to enhance business workflow; and
Provide onsite support and training to customers.

Requirement:

University graduate or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Fresh graduate may also be considered ;
Knowledge in network infrastructure, PC, Windows Severs, Web applications, SQL or Linux;
Willing to travel for projects is preferred;
Good command of English & Chinese (both written and spoken);
Good team player and good communication skills with all level of users;
Good planning and analytical skills with positive attitude;
Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) systems or supporting hospitality software products would be an advantage;
Applicants with more experience or higher qualification may be considered for senior position; and
Immediate available is preferred.
